Based in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear we are a local business who take a personal pride in ensuring that our customers would not look elsewhere for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning.

We cover a large range of refrigeration services from sales, advice on the best equipment for your own needs, through to service, repair and maintenance of your entire refrigeration system.

We cover around 50% of bars, restaurants, clubs and takeaways in and around Newcastle Upon Tyne. We have low over-heads and pass this saving on to you the customer.

Our call out charge is just £25 in the Gateshead and Newcastle area and labour is charged at just £25 per hour.

After setting up in 2008 we have an ever expanding customer base and until recently solely relied on customer recommendations.

We offer 24hr emergency call out and most equipment can be fixed on first visit as we carry a vast array of spare parts.

All of our engineers are F-Gas certified.

Service and Maintenance

Cool Factor Refrigeration provides reactive repairs as well as preventative / planned maintenance for all types of commercial refrigeration equipment and air conditioning.

Design and Installation Services

We can offer a whole range of specialist design and installation services. Cellar cooling systems and walk in refrigeration systems for the retail, commercial and leisure industries. We have the ability to design systems to meet any requirement. Cool Factor Refrigeration will allocate a dedicated installation teams able to supply and install all types of equipment to any site type environment. These installations can be as either replacement of old equipment or as part of new build.
